Dr. Norman Ratner graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to California in 1985 and has been in practice in San Diego since. He specializes in fitting contact lens patients. He and his wife Barbara live in Del Mar, California. When he’s not working, Dr. Ratner enjoys spending time with his granddaughters, his dog Toodles, hiking, playing pickleball, and the great San Diego weather.
